Return Policy

Thank you for choosing PerioSciences for your oral care needs. We provide high-quality products and ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers. We have updated our return policy to offer more flexibility and support in line with this commitment.

For Purchases made directly from www.periosciences.com:

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from PerioSciences, you may return the product for a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Process: If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please email us at returns@periosciences.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide instructions for the return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original, unopened condition, including all seals and packaging intact. If your item does not meet these criteria, please see our "Damaged/Defective Products" section for further guidance.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns or exchanges. This policy applies only to items purchased directly from www.periosciences.com. Products bought through third-party marketplaces, such as Amazon, should adhere to the return policies of the respective marketplace from which they were purchased.

PerioSciences does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center and has been processed.

At our sole discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, PerioSciences does not take title to the refunded item.

All returns of items purchased from PerioSciences are subject to our Return Policy and may include an $8 restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund amount. 

Incorrect Item

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and take corrective actions.

If you have received an incorrect product, it must be returned in its original packaging and damage-free. Please contact us at support@periosciences.com for more information.

Orders deemed incorrect or accidental purchases will have ten (10) business days from receiving the product to qualify for a full refund. In these instances, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Damaged / Defective

If you’ve received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within ten (10) days of receipt at support@periosciences.com to discuss your options. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged / defective product to speed up response time.

Exceptions

Your health and well-being are paramount. If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, please contact us immediately (support@periosciences.com). We will guide you through returning the product, including completing an adverse reaction form for our records.

Refunds

Upon the successful return and inspection of the product, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times. 

Please note shipping fees are non-refundable, and all returns are subject to a $5-$8 restocking fee.

Cancellations

Once you place your order and the payment is accepted and confirmed, we will get to work immediately to process your order and ship it. The good news is that you will generally receive your order within a few days.

Non-Subscribers: Unfortunately, no changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

Subscribers: Subscriptions offer convenience and savings. Should you need to pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription, please do so within the five (5) day notification period provided before your next shipment. 

Changes to subscriptions cannot be made once processing for the next order has begun. If you cancel after your order has been processed, you will still receive and be charged for that PerioSciences order. 

Warranties

PerioSciences LED² Devices

All PerioSciences LED² products come with a 12-month warranty from date of purchase. If you are experiencing issues with your LED² Device, please email support@periosciences.com, and we will assist you in finding the best solution.

Please remember that this excludes water damage, as the LED² Devices are not waterproof.
