Free standard domestic shipping to the Contiguous United States on all orders over $60. 

Domestic Shipping Options
Explore a variety of shipping rates and options that are accessible during the checkout process.
Standard delivery times range from 3-5 business days once your order has been processed. 

Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 1 pm CST from Monday to Thursday are typically shipped the same day. 
Orders received after 1 pm CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Processing will occur on the next business day for orders placed on holidays.

Updating your shipping address
Subscribers—If you need to modify your shipping address before your order is processed, please log into your account at https://periosciences.com/a/account/login to make the necessary updates.
Keeping your shipping and account information current is essential.

Non-Subscribers - If your order has already been processed, we urge you to contact us immediately at support@periosciences.com with the subject line: URGENT: Incorrect Shipping Address (Order # ________)
Although we cannot guarantee adjustments to the shipping address once an order is placed, we strive to accommodate such requests with minimal delay.

Order Receipt & Tracking
Following order processing, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order's tracking number, allowing you to monitor its delivery status. 

Missing Packages:
If your tracking information indicates delivery, but your package is nowhere to be found, please check around your property and with neighbors. Often, packages are placed out of plain sight for safety. If your search is unsuccessful, contact the delivering carrier or local post office for assistance. Should you need further help, reach out to us at support@periosciences.com
Please note PerioSciences is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit.

International Shipping Options
Currently, we do not offer direct sales or shipping outside the United States. We are hopeful to extend our services internationally soon.
Orders refused at the time of delivery will be returned to PerioSciences, LLC. A refund will be issued for the merchandise and tax, less the shipping costs, after we process the returned order, which may take up to 7 business days.

Package Damaged at Delivery
Should the delivery person arrive with a damaged package, customers have two (2) options. Option #1 is preferred as it speeds up the process of recouping funds and receiving a replacement.
  1. If a package arrives damaged, you can REFUSE to take delivery. In this case, the carrier will file a claim and return the damaged goods to us. Once you refuse the package, please notify us of the refusal so we can issue a replacement once we confirm a ‘damaged package claim’ has been initiated at delivery.
  2. You can notify us that a package was damaged in transit so we can begin the claim process. We MUST receive images of the damaged shipping box, the shipping label, and the damaged product. Please DO NOT throw away the damaged package or product(s), as the delivery carrier may want to retrieve the damaged package as part of the claim.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Military APOs:
Yes, we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and military APOs. Please note that shipments to these locations may experience longer delivery times.
